★Frame adopts high grade cast iron structure, high strength, good shock absorption, after tempering treatment, no deformation.
★Corrugator roll material is 50CrMoA alloy steel, tempered and tempered, mid-frequency quenching, surface polishing, corrugator main roll diameter 292mm, surface tungsten carbide roller or chrome plating. Tile roller and pressure roller bearing adopt high temperature resistant double row roller bearing. High temperature grease lubrication. The pressure roller. Corrugated roller adopts air bag pressure, good buffering effect, long life, free maintenance.
★Glue unit can be removed horizontally as a whole, disassembly and maintenance is simple, cylinder control glue back action sensitive, copper scraping, scraping clean, electric glue board control glue width, Angle sensor, PLC, touch screen. According to different paper, different speed automatic control glue quantity, no accumulation error.
★The host itself is equipped with a large diameter preheater, heat concentration, large preheating area, without another preheating device, the next preheating roller ¢600mm. Pre - heating roller ¢400mm. Match reasonably, adjust the preheating Angle area electrically. Core paper is equipped with humidifier.
