Machine performance:
1,This machine is composed of paper feeding,printing and slotting unit.It can accomplish the process of printing,creasing,slotting,edge cutting and hole making on 3/5 ply cardboard.
The transmission system adopts large spiral angle helical gear transmission, low noise, enhance the strength of gear, improve the transmission stability of gear.All transmission gear adopt 20CrMnTi alloy steel,processed with grinding,hardening.With closed spray lubrication device,lubrication oil level is kept consistent and ensure the transmission accuracy of the machine in long term running.
2.Each unit is electrical separated and equipped with alarm bell,and the alarm is continuously warning while machine separating or uniting to ensure operator's safety.Clutch motor with constant torque clutch,cushioning misoperation when each unit collides with each other.
3.Each unit is pneumatic locked when closed and equipped with total locking device,which can integrated each unit with the bottom rail locking.Main motor cannot start and run when cylinder is not locked,while locked cylinder cannot open when main motor is running.After the separation of each unit,the transmission system is automatically brake and keep the gear in its original position.
4.Each unit has automatically zeroing system,which can be adjusted to the correct size by testing a small amount of paperboard to reduce the waste of cardboard.
5.The whole machine has beautiful looking and soft color.Modular design allows to add or subtract units at will.
Rubber roller,anilox roller adopt NSK,others adopt C&U brand.Main motor adopt frequency conversion motor.
Contactors,relay buttons,etc are using Siemens low-voltage appliances.
6.Pneumatic parts:The cylinder adopts ZheJiang "Dongte" famous brand cylinder and the solenoid valve adopt Shanghai "Sono" or Guangzhou "Airtac" famous brand products.

Computer control operation unit
PLC man-machine interface control is used in paper feeding unit,printing unit,slotting unit and die cutting unit.
1,During the operation of the machine,if it is necessary to separate the machine for plate cleaning or plate changing,the original position can be automatically restored after the machine is united.
2.Controllable anilox roller lifting and lowering:When one printing unit is not needed,the anilox roller can be lifted up and no need to wash the ink roller.
3.Zero return position:The whole machine can carry on the printing plate position to zero,caused the printing plate position to be in the place at one time.

Feeding unit
1.Unit separate and unite
- Electrical control unit separated and united with alarm bell,continuously warning to ensure operator's safety.
- Air pressure type interlocking device is adopted between each unit which makes the locking is more stable and convenient and accurate.
- Each unit is equipped with a separating and locking button switch,can be controlled by any unit,so that the operation is simpler,more convenient and faster.
- The clutch is attached to the clutch shaft of the unit to avoid misoperation and damage to the machine.
- The general locking mechanism is installed to ensure smooth and precised running when adjust machine speed.
- Main machine self lock function:Main motor cannot work when each unit is not completely locked to ensure operator and machine's safety.Machine unit separation and locking is automatically locked and does not work when machine is running,so that to avoid the injury and damage of unnecessary personnel and machine due to misoperation.
2.Lead edge feeding system
- Suitable for thin hard cardboard and E flute three layers board.
- The air suction auxiliary paper feed of the high-pressure centrifugal motor can be adjusted according to the degree of bending of the paperboard,so as to ensure that the paper supply is smoothly.
- Electric adjust side baffle left and right position movement,driven by motor and shaft.
- The upper and lower clearance of the front baffle is manually adjusted synchronously,automatically locked after adjustment.
- The position of the rear baffle is adjusted electrically,which is simple and fast.
- Skip feeding device(can be continuously or skip feeding according to requirements),ensure big size paperboard processing.
- The planned production quantity can be set. When the plan is completed, the system automatically instructs the paper to stop feeding and sends out a warning signal. The paper feeding part is equipped with PLC and 10-inch color touch screen, which can be set and display production quantity,and alarms when the order is complete.
3.Dust suction device
1.Air blower(blower motor) dust removal device can remove dust debris from cardboard surface and improve printing quality.
2.Also equipped with dust suction motor to remove small dust and other debris on the paperboard,ensure the printing quality.
Paper transmission roller
1)Upper paper transmission roller adopt rubber roller(φ156mm).
2)The upper paper feeding roller adopts seamless steel roller covered with wear-resistant rubber and performs dynamic balance correction,so that the elastic buffering effect can be achieved and avoid paper damage and waste from misoperation.
3)There are grooves on the surface of the paper feeding rubber roller to minimize the pressure and avoid damaging the corrugated strength of the paperboard.
4)Lower feeding roller adopts surface knurling steel roller,hard chromium plating processed with dynamic balancing correction to increase the friction force during paper feeding.
5)The gap of the feeding roller is manually adjusted,the dial shows,the adjustment range is 1-12mm,and there's a self-locking device.After adjustment,machine will be automatically locked,making the adjustment simpler and more convenience.
Printing unit
1.Printing roller
1) Printing roller φ390.6,roller body conical excessive,adopt thick seamless steel pipe,all after process with balance treatment.
2) Steel plate material,surface grinding and hard chrome plated.
3) Processed with dynamic balancing correction,stable running and suitable for high speed working.
4) Ratchet fixed reel shaft,can achieve rapid plate change.
5) Full hanging type hanging plate trench,suitable for 10mm hanging strip.
6) When loading and unloading plate,foot switch electric control forward and reverse rotation,plate changing simple and fast.
7) Printing phase adjustment:Planetary gear structure,printing roller equipped with automatic zeroing device,adopted PLC computer control.Click to enter roller phase adjustment interface.It has automatic zeroing functions(erasing memory) and preset printing position.
8) Printing phase fixing device and pneumatic brake device allows automatic brake lock when machine separation or united,keeping gear position fixed and machine is automatically opened after locked.
9) Roller cleaning memory function:Automatically reset printing roller position after cleaning,convenient and fast.

2.Printing pressure roller
1)The outer diameter of pressing roller is 155mm,adopt welded by double disk.
- Surface grinding and chrome plated.
- Processed with balancing correction,stable running.
- The clearance of pressing roller is adjusted manually,ranging from 1-12mm.adopt cross slider connection.When adjusting,the transmission gear will always be engaged in the correct position.
3.Anilox roller(2 units)
Anilox roller surface hard chrome plated,180-250LPI optional.
- Anilox roller out diameter is 216mm.
- Produced by professional manufacturer,the dot is consistent,the ink is uniform.
- The anilox roller gap dial shows manual adjustment,ranging from1-8mm,adopt cross slider connection,and the transmission gear is always engaged in the correct position when adjusting.
- Pneumatic lifting roller to prevent printing plate from repeated ink and short shutdown which caused ink drying up in the roller hole.
4.Rubber roller(matched with anilox roller or ceramic roller)
- Rubber roller out diameterφ200mm,produced by professional manufacturer.
- Surface of the steel is covered with excellent wear-resistant rubber,and the surface cots is high,which can compensate the deformation of force,improve the effect of ink transmission and ensure the uniformity of ink.
- Electric clearance adjustment,with self locking function to make sure the uniformity of the ink supply.
5.Ink supply system
1)Adopt pneumatic diaphragm pump inking system,stable ink supply and easy operation and maintenance.
- Ink storage cup to prevent ink from splashing and air transfer out.

6.Paper transmission roller
- Upper paper transmission roller diameter 85mm, processed with two times grinding,hard chrome plated which makes creasing wheel movement more easy and stable.(fast move type)
- Lower paper transmission roller diameter 155mm,processed with twice grinding,surface is coated with hard chromium,so that the movement of creasing roller more accurate.
- Manual transmission roller gap adjustment,ranging from 1-12mm,adopt cross slide connection.When adjusting,the transmission gear will always be engaged in the correct position.
Linear guideway slotting unit(six axis ten screw shaft ball screw)
1.Creasing wheel
1)Creasing wheel is processed by two times of grinding,and the surface is plated with hard chrome,so that creasing wheels move easily and smoothly.
High quality imported polyamine grease is used in the creasing wheels,effectively prevent damaging the paperboard.
Manual adjustment of clearance scale of creasing wheel,ranging from0-12mm.
2.Slotting knife holder axial movement adjustment mechanism
Slotting knives up and lower shaft diameter φ 155mm.After two times grinding and surface hard chrome plated,stable movement.
Slotting knives width 7mm,produced by professional manufacturer.

Inline folder gluer section
The folding belt adopts separate power, and each group of belts has a separate motor to drive it, which can extend the service life of the belt and reduce the tightening of the belt.
This machine uses vacuum adsorption transfer board to ensure the stability and correction function of the board during operation.
Computer automatic order change, automatic order storage and other functions.
The counting and discharge part adopts the falling paper mode, double pat qi function, so as to solve the problem of cardboard scissors difference.
