Product Description

1. This machine is composed of paper feeding,printing,IR&UV drying and die cutting unit.It can accomplish the process of printing,creasing,die cutting and hole making on 3/5 ply cardboard.
2. Wall board thickness of 70mm, the material is HT250, process: through the medium frequency modulation of internal stress, increase the wall board density, hardness, strength, toughness, and conductivity, manual aging treatment, large processing center pair processing, high strength, high precision, never deformation.
3. The transmission system adopts large spiral angle helical gear transmission, low noise, enhance the strength of gear, improve the transmission stability of gear.All transmission gear adopt 20CrMnTi alloy steel,processed with grinding,hardening.With closed spray lubrication device,lubrication oil level is kept consistent and ensure the transmission accuracy of the machine in long term running.
4. Each unit is electrical separated and equipped with alarm bell,and the alarm is continuously warning while machine separating or uniting to ensure operator's safety.Clutch motor with constant torque clutch,cushioning misoperation when each unit collides with each other.Machine unit manual separate is ensured during power failure.
5. Each unit is pneumatic locked when closed and equipped with total locking device,which can integrated each unit with the bottom rail locking.Main motor cannot start and run when cylinder is not locked,while locked cylinder cannot open when main motor is running.After the separation of each unit,the transmission system is automatically brake and keep the gear in its original position.
6. Each unit has automatically zeroing system,which can be adjusted to the correct size by testing a small amount of paperboard to reduce the waste of cardboard.
7. The whole machine has beautiful looking and soft color.Modular design allows to add or subtract units at will.
8. Main bearings adopt NSK brand,others adopt C&U brand.
9. Main motor adopt frequency conversation motor.

Printing,IR drying and UV drying specifications and details

1. Feeding unit(one unit)

Servo motor dive leadedge feeding system:

Can continuous or skip feeding(counter is installed)
Four axis independent servo motor drive system,more stable and accurate feeding.
Inverter adjusting vacuum volume and pressure to adapt with different size of paper and curved paper.
Automatic adjusting feeding distance to reduce the pressure from rubber wheel roller.
Back paper holder movement is controlled by computer to increase setting speed.

2. Dust suction system

Electrostatic dust removal device: high-power fan direct pumping and multiple rows of electrostatic brush, to maximum remove dust on paper surface, improve the printing quality.
 

1. Feeding upper wheels and lower roller:

Upper wheels:Feeding supper wheels are covered with wear resistance rubber and processed with balance correction.
Lower roller:Lower feeding roller is embossed plating and hard chrome plated.
Feeding roller gap adjusted by computer,ranging 0-12mm.
Paper transmission rollers drive adopts camshaft drive to reduce wear and stable transmission.
Vacuum transfer printing unit(6 units,each unit have one servo motor,fast change order and save time,printing units through servo drive to realize position synchronously adjusting,ensured stable printing quality)

1. Printing rollers:

Printing rollers adopt high quality steel,surface grinding and chrome plated.
Reel hanging plate,360 degree lock device,so that the hanging operation is simple and more accurate alignment.
Full plate hanging groove,10mm strip is adopted.
Fast calibrate the errors when the plate is hanging deflected to the correct position.
 

1. Vacuum wheels(inside vacuum box,vacuum adsorption transfer paper)

Full vacuum high precision transmission(surface of transmission wheels are ceramic coated,increased wear resistance and longer service life),increased printing precision and not damage paper.

1. Ceramic rollers(6 units)

 Out diameter is increased.
 Steel pipe surface ceramic coated and grinding,laser engraving dot.
 The dot is even and ink distribution is uniform.
 Ceramic rollers gap adjusting adopt computer control,ranging 0-12mm.

1. Single closed type doctor blade system(6 units)

Formed by single doctor blade,ink is contained inside the doctor blade chamber,scraping the extra ink from the surface of the ceramic roller which significantly improves the printing quality.
Ink tank main body is non-metallic material,which will never rust,easy to clean and quickly replace metal doctor blade.
Pneumatic double pump circulation ink supply.
Ink shortage warning device,prevent damaging doctor blade and ceramic roller.

1. Phase adjusting mechanism

Printing unit vacuum box width is increased,each printing unit installed small IR dryer device,which will help to dry the ink and ensure printing precision.

Printing rollers phase adjusting adopt servo motor drive,ensured the control precision.Color stacking control system directly connected to servo,making fast action and higher precision.
Printing phase is fixed by servo controlled brake mechanism.When need to adjust any printing unit or need to cleaning the printing plate,it can back to the original position after closed units or finished adjusting.
Left and right roller phase is adjusted by computer,minimum can reach to 0.1mm.
Ink circulation system:
Pneumatic double diaphragm pump,stable ink supply,simple operation and maintenance.
Warning alarm and light when ink supply have problems.
Net filter impurities the ink to protect the ceramic roller.
Single doctor blade system is equipped with ink tank.
Auto change cleaning device,to make ink recycling more thoroughly which will save ink.
Automatic back to reset system after cleaning the printing plate.
IR Dryer unit(1.2m and 0.6m two units)


Dryer units are standard specifications,installed after printing units(0.6m and 1.2m) with totally 1.8m drying area.Drying unit can ensure good printing quality and the drying area can be adjusted according to the real requirement.The temperature can be set on the control remote,and installed paper blockage sensor to prevent fire occur because of paper blocked.
