LUM-A/B/C Corrugated paperboard production line includes mill roll stand,single facer,pre-heater jar,conveyor bridge,gluing machine,thin blade slitter scorer,NC cut off machine and auto-stacker,then produce high quality board,which can reach high speed and high performance. We can produce the three ply,five ply and seven ply corrugated cardboard production line,width ranges from 1400mm to 2200mm,production speed ranges from 60 to 200 meter/min.Customer can choose production capacity according to his demands.
Main characteristics:
1.The material is high quality CrMo alloy steel or quality roller coated with tungsten.
2.Flute is UV shape which is widely used in the world, low paper shrinkage,high quality and strong paperboard.
3.Adopt imported precision machine tools,advanced molding grinding and electroplating,flute precision apply to national standard.
4.The surface of corrugated roller flute teeth are middle-frequency quenched,hardness reach HRC60,upper corrugated roller is drum shape,with long lif.
