Functional Configuration and Technical Parameters
I. General Machine Performance
1.The machine consists of paper feeding, printing, and die-cutting sections, capable of completing processes such as printing, scoring, slitting, corner cutting, and hole punching for three-layer and five-layer corrugated cardboard in one pass.
2.The transmission system is entirely made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, with precision grinding, superhard treatment, and a closed-loop spray lubrication system. An oil level balancer is installed on the machine to maintain consistent oil levels in each section, ensuring long-term transmission accuracy.
3.Each unit is equipped with electrically controlled clutches and warning bells. The clutches continuously ring during operation to alert workers, ensuring safety. The clutch motors are fitted with constant-torque clutches to buffer against collisions between units during incorrect operations.
4.After the units are closed together, they are pneumatically locked, and a total locking device is provided to integrate each unit with the base rail. The main motor cannot start if the cylinders are not locked, and the locking cylinders cannot be opened while the main motor is running. The transmission system automatically brakes after the units are separated, holding the gears in their original positions.
5.Each unit features an automatic zero-return system, which allows adjustment to the correct dimensions by feeding a small amount of cardboard, reducing cardboard waste.
6.The machine has an aesthetically pleasing design with soft colors. The modular design allows for easy addition or removal any of units.
7.Bearings are from well-known brands: NSK for rubber rollers and other brands for general bearings.
8.The main motor is a frequency-controlled motor.
9.Contactors, relays, and buttons are all from Siemens low-voltage electrical components.
10.Pneumatic components: Cylinders are from the well-known brand "Dongte" in Zhejiang, and solenoid valves are from "Sino" in Shanghai or "Yadex" in Guangzhou.
11.The entire machine uses keyless connections to ensure connection accuracy and reliability.
12.The machining process for paper feeding, printing, and die-cutting parts of the machine is as follows:

II. Computer Control and Operation
The paper feeding, printing, and die-cutting sections are all controlled by a PLC human-machine interface.
1.Memory zero-return (plate wiping memory): During operation, if the machine needs to be opened for plate wiping or minor plate changes, it can automatically return to the original position after closing.
2.Controllable anilox roll lifting: When a group temporarily does not require printing, the anilox roll can be controlled not to descend, eliminating the need to clean the ink roller.
3.Position zero-return: The entire machine can perform plate position zero-return, allowing the plate position to be set in one step.

I. Paper Feeding Section
1.Machine Clutch
1)Electrically controlled unit separation with a warning bell that continuously rings during operation to ensure worker safety.
2)Pneumatic interlocking devices between each unit provide secure and accurate locking.
3)Each unit is equipped with open/close and locking/unlocking buttons, allowing for easy and convenient operation from any unit.
4)The clutch transmission shaft is fitted with a friction clutch to prevent machine damage from incorrect operations.
5)A total locking mechanism for the units ensures stable and precise operation during speed adjustment.
6)The main machine has a self-locking function. The main motor cannot start if the units are not fully locked, ensuring the safety of operators and the machine. When the main machine is operating normally, the unit clutch function is automatically locked to prevent unnecessary personnel and machine damage from incorrect operations.
2.Leading-edge Paper Feeding System (Servo Pressure-free)
1)Capable of conveying rigid thin cardboard and E-flute three-layer boards.
2)High-pressure centrifugal fan with suction assistance for paper feeding, adjustable air volume according to the degree of cardboard bending to ensure smooth paper supply.
3)Electric adjustment of the side guide plate position, driven by a motor and ball screw.
4)Manual synchronous adjustment of the front guide plate gap with an automatic locking device, which locks automatically after adjustment.
5)Electric adjustment of the rear guide plate position, simple and fast.
6)Intermittent paper feeding device (capable of continuous or intermittent paper feeding as needed) for processing large-sized cardboard.
7)Production quantity can be set. When the plan is completed, the system automatically stops paper feeding and issues a warning signal. The paper feeding section is equipped with a PLC and a 10-inch color touch screen, displaying the phase settings of the printing and die-cutting sections, and can set and display production quantity with an end-of-order alarm.
3.Dust Removal Device Equipped with multiple rows of brushes and a dust removal fan to remove fine dust and other debris from the cardboard, ensuring print quality.
II. Printing Section
1.Printing Roll
1)Printing roll with a diameter of φ295.6 mm (including plate diameter of φ310 mm), dynamically balanced after processing.
2)Made of steel plate, surface ground and hard chrome plated.
3)Dynamically balanced for smooth operation, suitable for high-speed running.
4)Ratchet fixed plate mounting shaft for quick plate change.
5)Full plate mounting groove, suitable for 10 mm plate mounting strips.
6)Electric control of plate loading/unloading with foot switch for forward/reverse rotation, making plate change simple and fast.
7)Printing phase adjustment: Planetary gear structure, with an automatic zero-return device on the printing roll, controlled by PLC and a 7-inch touch screen. Click to enter the roll phase adjustment interface, featuring automatic zero-return, automatic plate alignment (plate wiping memory), and preset printing position functions.
8)Printing phase fixing device with a pneumatic brake that automatically locks when the unit is clutched, holding the original gear position until the machine is locked and then automatically releasing.
9)Plate wiping memory function for automatic return to position after cleaning, convenient and fast.
10)Axial adjustment is electric, with a range of ±10 mm.
2.Impression Roll
1)Impression roll with a hot-mounted shaft head.
2)Surface ground and hard chrome plated.

4)Electric adjustment of impression roll gap, with a range of 1 - 12 mm, using a cross-slide connection to ensure correct gear meshing during adjustment.
3.Anilox Roll
1)Professionally manufactured with consistent, ensuring even ink distribution.
2)The gap of the anilox roll is electrically adjustable, with a range of 1-8mm. It uses a cross-slide connection to ensure that the drive gears always remain in the correct meshing position during adjustment.
3)The anilox roll is lifted pneumatically to prevent double inking of the printing plate and ink drying in the cells during short stoppages.
4.Rubber Roll
1)The rubber roll is manufactured by a professional company.
2)The steel roll is wrapped with high-quality, wear-resistant rubber. The rubber roll has a crown on its surface to compensate for deformation under pressure, improving ink transfer and ensuring even ink distribution.
3)An automatic ink-distributing device is installed, featuring a synchronous belt drive that is durable and low-noise. It can maintain ink circulation even when the machine is stopped. Additionally, limit switches are installed for the rubber roll or doctor blade to ensure proper positioning before the diaphragm pump is activated, preventing ink leakage.
4)The gap of the rubber roll is adjusted electrically with a self-locking function to ensure even ink application.
5.Ink System
1)The ink system uses a pneumatic diaphragm pump for stable ink supply, which is easy to operate and maintain.
2)The ink cup is designed to prevent ink splashing and allows for air venting.
3)The stainless-steel ink pan features automatic cleaning and ink supply functions.
6.Paper Guide Roll
1)The upper paper guide roll shaft is ground twice and treated with hard chrome plating, allowing the guide roll to move quickly and smoothly without the need for any wrench, making operation convenient and fast.
2)The lower paper guide roll shaft is also ground twice and treated with hard chrome plating to ensure accurate paper guidance.
3)The gap of the paper guide roll is adjusted electrically, with an adjustment range of 1-12mm. It uses a cross-slide connection to ensure that the drive gears always remain in the correct meshing position during adjustment.
4)A scale is installed above the paper guide roll for easy adjustment.
III.Die-Cutting Section (Independent Drive, Servo Blade Adjustment)
1.Operating Functions
1)The die-cutting roll and the urethane roll automatically disengage via a pneumatic eccentric device when not in die-cutting mode. This reduces the machine's idle load and extends the life of the urethane roll and the die-cutting blades.
2)The planetary structure allows for 360-degree rotation, stop, and reverse operation, with a phase adjustment accuracy of up to 0.10mm, making plate mounting and alignment operations convenient.
3)The phase is controlled by a PLC and a 10-inch color touch screen, making operation more convenient, intuitive, and accurate.
4)The spline drive overcomes the mechanical wear of gear drives. The urethane roll can move laterally by 40mm and is equipped with a radial differential device to evenly distribute wear, significantly extending the roll's lifespan.
5)The machine is equipped with a urethane roll correction device, allowing the roll to be repeatedly corrected and reused.
6)The die-cutting roll gap is adjusted electrically, with an adjustment range of 1-10mm. It uses a cross-slide connection and a dual-stage aluminum alloy die-casting reducer for precise and effortless adjustment. After adjustment, it automatically locks to ensure print quality. The gears use a keyless connection with a cross-slide, ensuring the correct meshing position of the drive gears during gap adjustment.
2.Die-Cutting Roll
1)The die-cutting roll has a diameter of φ265mm (excluding the die-cutting blade).
2)It is made from alloy structural steel seamless steel pipe, ground, and hard chrome-plated.
3)The roll has standard fixing screw hole spacing (axial 50mm; radial 13mm equally spaced), making it convenient for customers to order custom dies.
4)The die-cutting blade height is 25.4mm.
5)The die-cutting board thickness is 16mm (for three-layer cardboard) or 13mm (for five-layer cardboard).
6)The slotting, pressing, and pre-pressing are synchronized and electrically adjustable. Only the length, width, and height need to be entered on the touch screen.
7)The die-cutting roll is equipped with an automatic zeroing device and is controlled by a PLC and a 7-inch color touch screen. The phase adjustment interface can be entered by clicking. It features automatic zeroing, automatic plate alignment, and preset die-cutting position functions.
3.Padding Roll
1)The padding roll has a diameter of φ290mm (excluding the urethane pad).
2)It is made from alloy structural steel seamless steel pipe, ground, and hard chrome-plated.
3)A well-known brand of urethane pad is used to ensure a long service life.
4)The urethane pad thickness is 8mm, and the width is 250mm.
5)The machine is equipped with a centralized control system that can control phase, lateral movement, fan start/stop, main machine start/stop, paper feeding stop/send, single-sheet feeding, quantity, and display functions.
6)It is equipped with electric bladeless die-cutting, linear guide ball screw, and only the length, width, and height need to be entered on the touch screen. (One-key adjustment for single-piece die-cutting series)

Transmission System
1.Main Drive Gear
1)Made from 20CrMnTi alloy steel, carburized and quenched, and ground gears.
2)Six-grade precision (same as automotive transmission gears), smooth operation, low noise, hardness HRC58-62, long life, and long-term precise printing.
2.Keyless Connection Ring
The keyless connection ring allows the shaft and gear to connect without gaps under high torque, making installation and maintenance easier. It ensures long-term transmission accuracy and precise printing registration.
