The bearings used in this machine is HRB. This machine is a synchronous belt drive, small noise, small error, synchronous belt synchronous wheel is produced in Foshan, Guangdong. The machine head part slide adopts the ball grinding iron high frequency quenching modulation, active gear, driven gear, wire wheel, pressure wheel of 40 CrMnTi material, through quality adjustment, quenching, fine grinding, nitride treatment, high fine grinding degree. The punch is made of SKD11 imported from Japan, and the nail mold is made of imported tungsten steel. Small parts are molded into fine grinding, with high precision and small error. The motor adopts Shanghai Ote.
