Machine features:
1.This machine is composed of pre-feeding unit,servo drive type feeding unit,full vacuum transfer transferring printing unit,ten screw shaft with 1:1 creasing(unlimited box height) function slotting unit and inline folding gluing part with auto strapping machine.It requires 3-5 labors only which can obviously save labor cost and improve production efficiency.
2.The thickness of wallboard is 60mm,and the material is HT250.Processing with medium frequency tempering and artificial aging treatment to improve the density,hardness,strength,toughness and conductivity.Large machining center processing in pairs,high strength,high precision and never deformation.
3.The transmission system adopts straight tooth structure,low noise,increase gear strength and improves gears' drive stability.All transmission gears adopt 20CrMnTi high quality alloy steel with high frequency quenching,super hard treatment,fine grinding processing and strong strength durability.The whole machine adopts closed spray lubrication and oil surface balancing device,which keeps the gear in a highly lubricated state.
4.The bearing adopts original NSK high quality brand.
5.The separation and combination of each unit shall be electrically controlled and accompanied by alarm bells,which will continue to ring when separating and closing units to ensure the safety of the operators,can buffer each unit to collide with each other when the misoperation is carried on.
