The transmission system adopts large spiral angle helical gear transmission, low noise, enhance the strength of gear, improve the transmission stability of gear.All transmission gear adopt 20CrMnTi alloy steel,processed with grinding,hardening.With closed spray lubrication device,lubrication oil level is kept consistent and ensure the transmission accuracy of the machine in long term running.

Each unit is electrical separated and equipped with alarm bell,and the alarm is continuously warning while machine separating or uniting to ensure operator's safety.Clutch motor with constant torque clutch,cushioning misoperation when each unit collides with each other.Machine unit manual separate is ensured during power failure.
  5. Each unit is pneumatic locked when closed and equipped with total locking device,which can integrated each unit with the bottom rail locking.Main motor cannot start and run when cylinder is not locked,while locked cylinder cannot open when main motor is running.After the separation of each unit,the transmission system is automatically brake and keep the gear in its original position.

  1. Feeding unit(one unit)

Servo motor dive leadedge feeding system:

Can continuous or skip feeding(counter is installed)
Four axis independent servo motor drive system,more stable and accurate feeding.
Inverter adjusting vacuum volume and pressure to adapt with different size of paper and curved paper.
Automatic adjusting feeding distance to reduce the pressure from rubber wheel roller.
Back paper holder movement is controlled by computer to increase setting speed.

  1. Phase adjusting mechanism
Printing unit vacuum box width is increased,each printing unit installed small IR dryer device,which will help to dry the ink and ensure printing precision.

Printing rollers phase adjusting adopt servo motor drive,ensured the control precision.Color stacking control system directly connected to servo,making fast action and higher precision.
Printing phase is fixed by servo controlled brake mechanism.When need to adjust any printing unit or need to cleaning the printing plate,it can back to the original position after closed units or finished adjusting.
Left and right roller phase is adjusted by computer,minimum can reach to 0.1mm.
Ink circulation system:
Pneumatic double diaphragm pump,stable ink supply,simple operation and maintenance.
Warning alarm and light when ink supply have problems.
Net filter impurities the ink to protect the ceramic roller.
Single doctor blade system is equipped with ink tank.
Auto change cleaning device,to make ink recycling more thoroughly which will save ink.

Dryer units are standard specifications,installed after printing units(0.6m and 1.2m) with totally 1.8m drying area.Drying unit can ensure good printing quality and the drying area can be adjusted according to the real requirement.The temperature can be set on the control remote,and installed paper blockage sensor to prevent fire occur because of paper blocked.
