Product Description

A/C/B/E Corrugated paperboard production line,which includes paper mill roll stand, single facer, pre-heater jar, conveyor bridge, gluing machine, thin blade slitter scorer, NC cut off machine and auto-stacker, to produce high quality board,which can reach high speed and high performance. We can produce

the three ply,five ply and seven ply corrugated cardboard production line,width range from 1400-2200mm,

production speed ranges from 60-300 m/min.Customer can select according to his demands.
Customer owned section:

1. Steam heating system: It is recommended to equip 1000Kg/Hr steam boiler pressure: 1.25Mpa.    

2,Air compressor, air pipeline, and glue delivery pipeline.
3,Power supply,wires connected to the operation panel and line pipe.
4,Water sources,water pipelines,buckets and so on.
5,Water, electricity, gas and foundation plane installation civil engineering works.
6,Test roll paper,corn starch (potato),Industrial use caustic soda,borax and other material.
